Nina Rman, Ph. D., representative of GeoZS, presented Si-Geo-Electricity project on 25 October 2022 in Reykjavik, Iceland. Workshop of a case studies on reinjection, cascading technologies and binary geothermal power plants was organized as part of the INFO-GEOTHERMAL project, being funded through the same financial mechanism as Si-Geo-Electricity. The event was attended by 18 representatives of Slovenian ministries, municipalities, agencies, research institutes and companies, as well as 30 representatives of organizations of the same profile based in Iceland. The presentation attracted a lot of interest, especially from South America and Africa participants, which are also looking for abandoned oil and gas wells solutions.
